Feedback on Communication and Setup

I ordered a drip irrigation kit and a bag of coco peat mix for my terrace garden in early March. What stood out was not the product itself, but how the team handled my questions before I even placed the order. I had doubts about whether the kit would work with my existing tap connection, and the person on the phone walked me through the fittings I would need. That conversation saved me from buying a separate adapter that would have been useless.

Delivery took four days, which was reasonable for my location. The kit arrived with clear instructions, but the diagrams were a bit small. I called the support number listed on the packing slip, and they explained the layout over a quick call. Within an hour, I had the drip lines running along two rows of pots. The coco peat mix was dry and compacted, so I had to rehydrate it overnight before potting my chilli seedlings. That part was expected, but it would have helped if the label mentioned the soaking time more prominently.

After two weeks, the seedlings look healthy and the soil is holding moisture better than my old garden soil. The only minor issue is that the drip emitters occasionally clog with sediment from my borewell water. The team suggested a simple inline filter, which I have since added. It is a small fix, but the fact that they offered a practical solution rather than a generic apology made a difference.

Overall, the experience was smooth because the communication was specific and honest. They did not oversell the kit or promise that it would work without any adjustments. Instead, they told me what to expect, what to watch out for, and how to fix common problems. That is the kind of support that makes a beginner feel confident about setting up a watering system on their own.
